Our partnership rests on two things.

One is a thorough understanding of the climate science and what it can and can’t support.

The other is theoretical rigour on questions of knowledge, value, action, and reasoning in situations of what we call ‘uncertainty.’

We have novel approaches to issues that have dogged the adaptation discourse for years and been a blocker of action for organisations that want to prepare for the future.

Topics we want to write and talk about both here and in front of your board and on panels are:

• What does water security really depend on?
• Being more precise about uncertainty
• El Niño as an opportunity
• Does materiality mean anything when you’re not operating for profit?
