Where to spend next
Research, literature review, and data can be costly, so it pays to start by identifying what would actually make a difference to your decisions.
We start asking what would you need to know, with what confidence, to make that decision. We then audit what you have and what is available in the public domain and assess the kind of support it can provide. Finally, we report on gaps and tell you how you might fill it.
If research is needed to fill the gap, we will write the specification, design the study, broker the providers, and quality-assure the result.
We also know that sometimes action is what is needed to reduce uncertainty, not more information. For example, a re-design of a process, development of a policy, or training for your workers.
